Firstly, i'm sorry for my english is so bad.

I have realy problem on my laptop, it show : Machine is not in committed state.

Product SKU:
Product Configuration ID:

I try many tools to fix it but have error,

cpqtag.exe - Error 0x89
HpDMI ; NbDmiFit-2.13 ; HPDU ...etc - Failed to write SKU number. Failed to write model name.
Wndmifit -

This System Board is not supported. Will not be able to set BIOS settings.

MPM is not unlocked. Will not be able to set BIOS settings.
Please escalate with UUID to get SMC blob to unlock MPM

So, i not have any idea now :-( it's already 3 days who i search solutio to fix this but... nothing!

good day! you might fix this problem by using the cpqtag.exe via booting into DOS command.
